Dates first. Deposit second.

Choose your package, bin drop-off address, bin pickup address, and preferred dates. We confirm your dates and full price before collecting a $50 reservation deposit. The deposit is applied in full to your rental balance, and the reservation becomes confirmed after it is paid.

Your final total, remaining-balance due date, service arrangements, equipment specifications, and applicable fixed replacement fees are provided with the booking details before payment. This page summarizes the policies; the rental agreement accompanies your booking.

Fourteen days, with clear extension pricing

The standard rental includes 14 days. Extra time is billed in 7-day increments, including partial extra weeks. Contact us before your scheduled bin pickup to confirm an extension.

Additional bins are $3 per bin per week, subject to availability. Any separate drop-off charge and order requirements are confirmed before you approve the addition. Prices are before tax.

Two addresses. Two independent fees.

Bin drop-off and pickup each include the first 20 driving miles from our Rockwall service hub. For each service event beyond 20 miles, the fee is $2 per one-way mile above 20, rounded to the nearest cent. A fee at one address does not determine the fee at the other.

We use actual road routes, avoiding toll roads and ferries where available. Standard pricing applies through 60 driving miles. Over 60 and up to 80 miles requires an availability review. More than 80 miles is outside standard service unless approved. Local and DFW-area moves are our standard service; contact us before booking a move outside DFW.

When road-distance pricing is unavailable or an address cannot be matched, the fee remains uncalculated. It is confirmed with your final quote before payment.

Tax and your final total

Package cards show prices before tax. Your quote lists the rental, extensions, discount, bin drop-off fee, and bin pickup fee separately. Applicable sales tax is calculated on your final invoice before you pay the deposit.

The full price, tax, deposit credit, and remaining balance are supplied before you pay the deposit. No money is collected by the reservation form.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled bin drop-off for a full refund of the $50 deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. If Rockwall Moving Bins cannot fulfill your reservation, the deposit is fully refunded.

Your first reschedule is complimentary, subject to bin availability. Your existing deposit transfers to the new reservation. Contact us as soon as plans change. Repeated or very late changes are handled under the cancellation terms in your rental agreement.

Bin counts, inspection, and normal wear

We record the number of bins and dollies at drop-off and check returned equipment at pickup. Light scuffs, scratches, and ordinary dirt are normal moving wear and are not charged.

Damage beyond normal use includes unusable cracks or holes, broken structural components or hinges, heat or chemical damage, and permanent paint or adhesive contamination that prevents safe reuse. Missing items or chargeable damage are documented, and you are contacted before a fee is applied. Fixed replacement fees and any return terms are disclosed in your agreement before booking.

Getting ready for bin pickup

Return bins completely empty, dry, and free of trash and personal items. Nest or stack them as instructed and keep them accessible at the agreed location. You do not need to scrub or sanitize them. Let us know before pickup if you cannot locate a bin or dolly.

You pack and transport your belongings yourself or use the mover of your choice. Bin and dolly load limits, safe stacking instructions, and other equipment guidance are supplied before the rental.
