Information you provide

The reservation form saves your contact details, package, preferred dates, bin drop-off and pickup addresses, referral information, and any notes you choose to include. We use those details to calculate or confirm pricing, review dates, and arrange your reservation. Please keep access codes, payment details, and other sensitive information out of the form.

Address lookup and estimates

When address search and distance pricing are available, your address queries and service addresses are sent to Google Maps services to find an address and calculate the road route. We do not display the private service-hub address. Address lookup is optional: you can type the complete address yourself. Driving-distance calculation still requires sharing the address with the routing service.

We retain an estimate temporarily so the prices shown can be checked against your reservation. Submitted reservations retain the pricing record needed to review and fulfill the request. We also keep short-lived, pseudonymous request counts to help prevent automated abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored in those records.

Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Maps terms apply to its services.

Contact and storage

Your consent allows us to contact you about your reservation request. It does not subscribe you to a separate marketing newsletter. Details are stored using this site’s hosting and database services; customer records are not publicly listed. Reply to a booking follow-up to request a correction or removal of your details.

Payments and referral information

This form does not collect payment information or charge a card. After dates and the full price are confirmed, a separate payment link is used for the $50 reservation deposit. The payment provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that payment.

If you arrive through a referral or campaign link, we keep those campaign details for the current browser session and save them with a submitted request. This helps identify how customers found the business. This site does not add advertising trackers.
